He is the Director for Services (Hi-tech-industry vertical) in the Global Services Organization at i2 Technologies India. In this role, he is responsible for driving delivery excellence for all i2 corporate Supply Chain initiatives. He holds an M.S. degree from University of Wyoming and B.E. from Bangalore University. He was the Vice-President of Student Chapter Institute of Transportation Engineers and the President of Indian Student Association, while pursuing his M.S degree.

He is the Managing Director of Human Resource Development Department in Roots Group of Companies, Coimbatore. He also serves as a Founder President, Associate, Secretary, Member of Human Resource Management Expertise group, ASSOCHAM and for various institutions. He has completed his B.A B.L, PGDLL. All through his career, he has been an asset for the organizations he had been with.
Narayanaswamy Kumar B.A.B.L

He is presently the General Manager of FLSmith private limited, an entrepreneurial firm. Besides his vast experience in drafting and vetting, he is experienced in the field of law for close to 17 years in the construction industry, including matters of Arbitration, Central Excise, Property, Labor and Drafting. He has done his bachelor of law (5 year integrated) from Central Law College, Salem.
